On Saturday, a 95 year old woman in a wheel chair was forced to remove her adult diaper to comply with TSA’s demands so she could fly to Michigan to be with relatives during the final stages of her battle with leukemia.  (Click here for the story.)

While this outrage against human dignity was happening, House Speaker Joe Straus said a the so-called anti-groping bill, which was scheduled for debate yesterday, amounted to an ill-advised stunt that would embarrass the State of Texas.

And the politicians in Austin are trying to water down HB 41 by amending the legislation to remove any threat of criminal prosecution of rogue TSA agents who, because they are sadistic or stupid, molest American citizens.

It is time for “gate rape” to end in Texas.
